Through many years I have explored Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, and more abstract forms of meditation and metaphysical practice. I have not considered myself a Christian for many years and yet in speaking with angels in the last two years I have become more and more curious about what is this Christ energy? So in thinking about Easter this weekend I had this question on my heart, this openness to have a better understanding of what Christ is. I was surprised in my communication with archangel Raphael today that a message from the Apostle Peter wanted to come through in answer to my question. - Adria Apostle Peter: In my lifetime on earth as Peter, apostle of the Christ, I came to be known as one of the doubting, not the doubting Thomas, but one of the more doubting forces around him. I did not understand then in the beginning of that time what he was. I saw him as a leader and a friend. I saw him as a leader of men. I came to understand late in my life, and was given this title apostle posthumously. I came to understand late in my life that this being was sent of God. And that is when truly I began to follow his work, and to look after him in a worldly sense to make sure that he was protected as much as I was able from the forces of hunger, and rain and practical everyday realities, for he was focused on—truly focused on—love of others and those practical details did not concern him. So those of us around him, myself included, sometimes found we were looking after practical details of where he could be housed and fed, just so he could focus fully on this work of the heart.
In answer to your question we would say that Christ is not a man per se, although that energy—that heart energy—did enter into a human form. We do think that the body was human, and if that is too irreligious for some we apologize, but let us explain the best that we are able: what is this Christ energy? It was for us living around, among him, pure love. It was love embodied into the human form so that love was expressed in human ways: through giving food, through giving counsel, through giving a listening ear, through a gentle touch of the hand for example. But it was also expressed in Divine and miraculous ways and many of those have been recorded and perhaps believed or disbelieved by those centuries of people who read about those activities later. From my personal experience he was both: he was the love through the human ways of loving, of giving time, of giving food, of giving solace. And he was also Divine in the Divine way of loving—of sharp blazing light of knowledge, of love beyond the capacity of human, a love that is so bright that it can reach thousands around the globe at the same instant. He was also that, and we perceived him both ways, in more human practical moments making sure that he had sandals on his feet, and in the more Divine moments where all thought of anything but God was obliterated, and there was just that embodiment of love. To touch the heart of God like that, to be near that embodied divinity, is something that not many would seek. It is a difficult road in a sense to see God so clearly and still be here on earth. It was not easy for those around him to comprehend what was happening, although of course we believed in and followed him. But it is not easy for a human mind, even a human heart, to take in the fullness of God. And that is the tragedy that we saw also around him, was that inability for humankind to accept God among us. So if you’re asking for an Easter meditation we tell you this: Can you accept within your own heart the full light, the full experience of God, or does something in humankind-ness about you need to reject God on earth because it feels so different and foreign? What is needed for Christ to be risen again and again and again is for you to accept within your heart the full Divinity of God here on earth. In Jesus’ name we bless all of you with this understanding, with this gift that that is his name sake that that is his ability still, as teacher, as what you call son of God, as being the place in between human and God, to help us translate the fullness of God into our own awareness. So in Jesus’ name we ask you to take the full Divinity of God into your own heart, that is what it is to have Christ risen on earth. This is not to contradict the teachings of the church which say that the body of Christ rose again. It did. I was there to witness it, as were others. What it means is that that physical body of Christ is no longer these thousands of years later walking among us, but the energy of Christ is here available to each of us and many many millions have experienced personally what this means in their own lives. And for those of you who believe or do not believe we offer this meditation: Can you accept the fullness of Divinity in your own heart? Can you accept God on earth? If you accept God on earth, Christ is risen.

Disappointed with this glorification of a religion that has been used to relegate women to a lesser role.

I hear you. Anything can be used to uplift or degrade. I didn’t see this message as having anything to do with gender—to me it was about accepting divinity into our own hearts. I am not in any way trying to comment on the historical use of religion by sharing this message–I think like most things in this world that has been very mixed. It’s interesting that we’ve become so polarized that for many of us if a message is not Christian (or Buddhist, or Hindu…) or whatever faith we ascribe to, we feel we need to reject it outright. I’ve struggled with that myself as a few very Christian messages have come through me recently, since I do not identify as a Christian. But when I heard this message, it felt so universal and uplifting I wanted to share it, and not because I place Christianity higher (or lower) than any other belief systems.

I respect different religions but do not misinterpret religion from the faith you have in God. Unfortunately, it saddens me to hear stories from two different religions that they were having a war between them. In that simple action, do you think God will be happy to see and hear that? Being true to ourselves and knowing ourselves even more can help us to seek God. We know God if we have problems, but do you know him if you are in success? You can really accept divinity by heart if you first accept the truth and have a peace of mind.
